A most attractive and richly carved Italian mid 18th century warrior in solid walnut raised on a dark oak 19th century base. The pierced base with a Renaissance design of an octagon shaped tower of a castle with columns at each corner. Above stands proudly a richly carved and extremely well executed warrior wearing armor, cape and helmet with feathers. The soldier holds his spear with his left hand.
