A handsome Italian early 19th century patinated wood buffet. The four door buffet is raised by a lovely scalloped shaped frieze with a fine mottled border. The two central doors are decorated with beautiful recessed panels and large finely detailed hand painted acanthus leaves framed within a patinated yellow mottled border. The two side doors display unique and most decorative 'S' curved designs and are decorated with lovely acanthus leaves. The central doors open to reveal two shelves while the side doors open to reveal one shelf and all original hardware. Above is the original wonderfully executed faux painted marble top.
