A fine and most decorative Italian 18th century giltwood and iron nine arm chandelier from Luca. The chandelier is centered by a lovely and richly carved bottom floral final below most decorative mottled foliate patterns. Each iron arm is encased in wonderfully executed gilded gesso with a lovely ball at its center. At the end of each arm, are elegant scrolled and rinceau designs,foliate candle cups and original pressed metal bobeches. At the center is a beautiful two tiered flower like element, centered by three gilt iron chains leading up to the charming richly carved foliate top crown. — Read Less
