A unique and complete set of twelve French 19th century walnut dining chairs. Each chair is raised on tapered legs at the front, and straight legs in the back. The arbalest shaped frieze has wonderful scrolled carvings, at the front. A cabochon designed carving centers the top crown, amidst foliate and scrolls that continue down each side. Upholstered back and seat and finished with brass nail heads. All original warm patina throughout. — Read Less
