A most elegant and extremely high quality French 19th century Louis XVI st. mahogany, tulipwood, and ormolu one drawer center table attributed to François Linke. The rectangular table is raised by fine fitted topie shape sabots below circular tapered fluted legs with superb fitted foliate chandelles. The straight frieze displays one drawer decorated with stunning and intricately detailed tied swaging floral garlands and a central cornucopia amidst Rinceau shaped foliate scrolls. Each side displays the same charming and intricately detailed swaging floral garlands. Above is a stunning cube marquetry inlaid top framed within a fine mottled ormolu band.
