Each chair is raised by most elegant cabriole legs with fine scrolled feet and decorative giltwood filets which extend up each leg and along the arbalest shaped frieze and each side. The frieze is centered by stunning richly carved giltwood flowers flanked by scrolled foliate movements and charming intricately detailed hand painted flowers set on a patinated green background. Each uniquely shaped scrolled arm displays additional giltwood fillets and fine acanthus leaves.
